3. How to Submit an Intellectual Property Claim

Required Information

Your claim must include the following:

A. Contact Information

  • Full legal name

  • Company name (if applicable)

  • Mailing address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

B. Identification of the Intellectual Property

Provide one or more of the following:

  • Copyright registration number

  • Trademark registration number

  • Proof of ownership (portfolio links, original files, timestamps, etc.)

  • Images, URLs, or documents demonstrating original creation

  • Additional verification materials (if requested)

C. Description of the Infringing Content

Include:

  • Exact URL(s) on our website

  • Description of the unauthorized use

  • Screenshots or visual examples (optional but helpful)

D. Formal Declaration

Your claim must include the following statements:

“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.”

“The information in this claim is accurate, and I am the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

“I understand that submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences.”

E. Signature

  • Electronic signature (typed full legal name)

Incomplete claims may be rejected until all required information is provided.

4. What Happens After You Submit a Claim

Once your claim is received:

  • We will review it within 3–5 business days

  • We may temporarily remove or disable access to the content under review

  • We may contact you for additional information or clarification

  • We will notify the seller or content uploader

  • Content may be permanently removed if infringement is confirmed

  • Additional documentation may be requested if necessary

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Counter-Notification Process

If content is removed due to an IP claim, the content provider may submit a counter-notification if they believe the claim is incorrect.

A counter-notification must include:

  • Full legal name and contact details

  • Identification of the removed content

  • Statement explaining why the removal was made in error

  • Evidence of ownership or authorization

  • Declaration consenting to U.S. jurisdiction for legal disputes

  • Physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:

  • Forward it to the original claimant

  • Allow 10–14 business days for legal action

  • Restore the content unless we receive notice of a court order

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

To protect intellectual property rights and ensure legal compliance, Dellacity may:

  • Remove or disable content from repeat offenders

  • Restrict account privileges

  • Terminate access to Dellacity services

  • Block product listings

  • Prevent future uploads

Determination of repeat infringement is at our sole discretion.

7. False Claims & Abuse of IP Reporting

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent IP claims violates this policy and may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent banning

  • Reporting to legal authorities

  • Civil liability for damages

We strongly encourage claimants to verify ownership before submitting a report.
