2. Order Processing Time

We begin preparing your order as soon as payment is successfully authorized. Processing includes quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Saturday)

  • Business Days: Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays & U.S. holidays)

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM (EST)

  • Orders Placed on Sunday: Processed the next business day (usually Monday)

Processing delays may occur during holidays, peak sales periods, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Canada: Active (duties & customs fees may apply)

  • United Kingdom: Active (VAT & customs fees may apply)

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Canada: 7–15 business days (customs processing may extend delivery)

  • United Kingdom: 7–18 business days (VAT/customs duties may apply)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. External factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, and carrier capacity may impact delivery times.


5. Shipping Rates

Dellacity uses a flat-rate shipping model. Shipping costs do not vary based on order weight or distance and are determined solely by destination country.

Flat-Rate Shipping Fees

  • United States: $4.99

  • Canada: $7.99 (customers are responsible for duties or customs fees if applicable)

  • United Kingdom: $12.00 (VAT or customs charges may apply upon delivery)


6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

  • Carrier details (if available)

  • Shipment information

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Tracking Status Definitions

  • Label Created: Order packed; awaiting carrier pickup

  • In Transit: Package moving through carrier network

  • Out for Delivery: Package scheduled for delivery today

  • Delivered: Package marked as delivered by carrier

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Dellacity is not responsible for:

  • Misspelled addresses

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Incorrect postal codes

  • Undeliverable addresses

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information:

  • Re-shipping fees may apply

  • Processing may take additional time

  • Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped


8. Delivery Issues & Carrier Delays

Once a package is handed over to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

  • Delivery speed is controlled by the carrier

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed

Common causes of delays include weather conditions, operational backlogs, customs inspections, remote delivery areas, and peak seasons.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package:

  • Check mailboxes, porch, garage, or side doors

  • Ask neighbors or building management

  • Allow 24–48 hours for delayed scans

  • Contact the carrier directly

Refunds are not issued for orders marked as delivered unless covered under our Return Policy.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us for investigation.

Stolen Packages: Dellacity is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging, damaged item, and your order number.


10. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For shipments to Canada or the United Kingdom, customers may be responsible for VAT, import duties, customs fees, or carrier brokerage charges. These fees are not included unless explicitly stated.

Customs delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refunds.


11. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to certain PO boxes, restricted locations requiring special permits, or addresses flagged for fraud or shipping risk.


12. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed:

  • Changes are not guaranteed

  • Address edits may not be possible after processing

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

13. Pre-Order or Backorder Items

Products labeled as pre-order or backorder will display estimated shipping dates on the product page. Purchasing these items indicates acceptance of extended processing times.


14. Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in one or multiple packages depending on warehouse availability and fulfillment timing. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
